Connor Doyle is entering his second season as an assistant coach for the University of Montevallo men's lacrosse program.
Doyle arrived at Montevallo after spending one season as the defensive coordinator for the men's lacrosse program at Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama. Under Doyle's guidance, the Huntingdon program featured the Southeastern Independent Lacrosse Conference Defensive Player of the Year and featured four All-Conference selections in addition to two selections on the SILC All-Tournament team.
Doyle spent one year as the defensive coordinator at St. Mary's College in St. Mary's City, Maryland, where one of his student-athletes was named to the All-Capital Athletic Conference All-Tournament Team. In addition to his coaching role, Doyle also served as an assistant sports information director at St. Mary's.
The Elkridge, Maryland native began his coaching career as a graduate assistant at Shorter University in Rome, Georgia. As the defensive coordinator at Shorter, Doyle's defensive unit was ranked in the top 10 nationally in NCAA Division II in Man-Down Defense.
In addition to his collegiate coaching career, Doyle also coached the USA International Lacrosse Team in the Berlin Cup in Berlin, Germany in June 2015.
Doyle played collegiately at Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, North Carolina, where he served as a team captain and was named a three-time All-Conference Carolinas selection.
Doyle received a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management at Belmont Abbey College and earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from Shorter University.
