Meet our staff! BLU takes great pride in it's staff as we believe we have the best collection of coaches in the state!  Our collection of coaches have proven to be the best in the area and we are fortunate to have them. Meet our staff below.

Ryan Shea -- BLU's CEO and owner! Ryan's vast network of Lacrosse coaches, tournament directors, and ties to the Birmingham Lax Unleashed provide BLU with a foundation for sustainable competitive growth by ensuring consistent coaching and participation in the top tournaments in the region.

Alex Mauro has been with BLU since adding boys teams it started in 2015.  Alex serves as the director of our high school division and will be coaching the high school upper class team in the 2020 summer season.

David Arnold will be working with Alex this year in our high school division and will be coaching our underclassmen team. Connor Tinney will be an assistant on David's team.

Randy Nace has been BLU for 3 years and serves as director of our middle school division, which is comprised of 2024 and 2025 teams.  Randy will coach the 2024 team in the 2020 summer season. 

John Wittig joins BLU in the 2020 summer and will serve on our HS coaching staff.

Patrick Moore will serve as a goalie coach for BLU and will be training all our goalies.

Ryan Shea Jr, Tate Czeschin, and Conner Tinney will serve as assistant coaches.
